BAMC Simulation Center supports the CSC Mission to be a worldwide leader in managing and directing multi-disciplinary simulation training to enhance Graduate Medical Education, assist in Redeployment training, and improve Patient Safety.

Mission

Our Mission is to support Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) and its providers with the most state of the art and realistic training possible through the use of medical simulation. We will enhance the training not only of the Graduate Medical Education programs – but also of all BAMC-based training programs. We will support all training that seeks to improve patient safety – and ensure that our staff is trained, competent and ready to care for our Warriors and their families.

Vision

Our Vision is to be the premier Medical Simulation Center in the AMEDD – as well as the whole of the Department of Defense. To be a "Center of Excellence" in medical training, education and research through the use of cutting edge simulation – and to be an asset crucial to the support of our Armed Forces wartime mission.
