In/Out Processing
All military & civilian students are required to In & Out Process with the Student Coordinator located in Hospital Education.

Evaluations
All evaluations, military & civilian must be routed through the Student Coordinator. Civilian schools may mail the evaluation to:

SAMMC Badges
Required to be worn by all students. Issued by the Student Coordinator. Badges must be returned to the student coordinator at end of each rotation. Non-Compliance could result in this facility holding your grade until the badge is turned in.
During In-processing if you wish to receive mail during rotation, register for General Delivery in the Hospital Mail Room.
Arrival
In processing begins promptly at 0700.

Prior to your out-processing, see the Student Coordinator Monday through Thursday between 0630-1530 who is the certifying official.
Transportation
Students rotating at BAMC will be authorized a rental vehicle if flying into San Antonio.
Interviews
Information on interviewing for residency positions can be obtained during in-processing. Have your CV ready to hand in during interview.
