Student Information

Thank you for your interest in the Medical Student Program at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC).

Lodging: Contact (210) 357-2705 for availability

 

Transportation: Students rotating at BAMC are authorized a rental vehicle if flying to San Antonio

 

Mail: During in-processing, if you wish to receive mail during rotation, register for General Delivery in the Hospital Mail Room

 

Interviews: Scheduled with Program Coordinator during first week of rotation. Have your CV ready to submit during the interview

 

Evaluations

 

All evaluations, military & civilian must be routed through the Student Coordinator. Civilian schools may mail the evaluation to:

Out Processing

 

All students must return GME Student Badge on the last day of rotation. Non-Compliance may result in this facility holding your grade until the badge is turned in.

 

HPSP ADT out process on the last Thursday of the rotation in the GME office at 1400, unless prior arrangements are made.
