Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (closed on Training Holidays)
Appointment Line: New and follow-up appointments are scheduled through the Nurse Case Manager
Cancellations: All appointments are cancelled and re-scheduled through the Nurse Case Manager

For after hour's assistance, TRICARE beneficiaries can call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-874-2273. Experienced nurses will provide medical advice and nurse triage 24/7 to include weekends and holidays.
Messages and Medical Refills: Forms are available at the Front Desk to leave requests for medication refills or other messages. Nurse Case Managers may contact WPCC nursing staff or providers via telephone or email for leave requests.
