Hours of Operation:

  • Sick Call for Military Members on Training status or TDY: AIT, BOLC, CCC, BCOA 0515-0530 Monday thru Friday, and Saturday 0800-1000 (Acute illness only)
  • Permanent Party Sick Call(By appointment only) - 7:30am to 3:00pm, Monday-Friday
  • TMC Clinic Appointment Hours - 7:30am to 3:00pm, Monday-Friday (closed Wednesday afternoon for training)

The mission of the McWethy Troop Medical Clinic (TMC) is to provide accessible, high quality, cost-effective and customer focused interdisciplinary health care for permanent party active duty and soldiers training on Fort Sam Houston. The scope of comprehensive services includes readiness care, chronic and acute illness care, preventive health maintenance, health promotion and wellness, education and counseling, and specialty consultation and referral.
