  • What: Provides individual, group and medication therapy as well as case management. Provides Command Directed Behavioral Health Evaluations.
  • Where: 3100 Schofield Rd, BLDG 1179, in the CPT Jennifer M. Moreno Primary Care Clinic.
  • When: Mon-Fri 6:00 am-3:00 pm. Provides Walk-In/Triage Service during duty hours.

Warrior Behavioral Health Service

Warrior Behavioral Health Services

  • Who: Active Duty. Dependents with urgent needs may be seen for stabilization and assistance with access to TRICARE and other services.
  • What: Provides individual, group and medication therapy as well as case management. Provides Command Directed Behavioral Health Evaluations.
  • Where: 4178 Petroleum Dr. BLDG 3528R, on Ft Sam Houston near the RV Park inside Holbrook Gate.
  • When: Mon-Fri 7:30 am-4:30 pm. Provides Walk-In/Triage Service during duty hours.
